After installing Microsoft Windows and either applying older Intel Chipset driver software, or applying a custom image created with older Intel Chipset driver software, there may be several unknown devices in Windows Device Manager. The devices will be listed as two 'Base System Device' and a single 'System Interrupt Controller' for each processor installed in the system.
